Ooo! This became surprisingly fun to read little vignettes in one post they get to the gist of what was on your mind rather than being 'faced' with seven different full posts to read (and I say 'faced' because of the FOMO anxiety fully on my end to deal with).
Based on this one as an example, I'd actually like more of these because they feel like actual "newsletters" — e.g. A collection of Nav's thoughts for the week, which is kind of what Seth Godin does as well.
I understand what you mean and appreciate the words. I think the novelty will wear out the more of these I do. But you hit on something: what's an actual newsletter?
Maybe substacks are too heavily focused around a theme and not a person. Or maybe they always need to have some form of closure at the end? Sometimes I want to write something that's as rambunctious as a note but as nuanced as a post. What's the in-between?
Thoughtful snippets.
No notes except I always enjoy your writing so I look forward to anything that makes it past the draft stage.
Second this

A few of these post titles I resonate with a ton. Can’t wait to see them come to fruition whenever that time comes.
